Pages Come Alive: Celebration of World Book Day sparkles at Kidz- Shaishav on 23rdApril,2025
What a fantastic day it was at all our Kidz Shaishav branches – Kidz Shaishav School, Vedic Girls School, and our little ones at Kidz Shaishav Montessori Wing. We celebrated World Book Day with so much joy and excitement, it felt like the pages of our favourite stories had come alive right here in Jhajjar. The activities planned across the different branches were tailored to engage every age group.
From the tiniest tots in the Montessori wing to the bright sparks at Vedic Girls and Kidz Shaishav School, everyone came ready to dive into the magical world of books. It was heart-warming to see the children so enthusiastic about their favourite books. The day was packed with activities that truly brought stories to life. In the Montessori wing, the little ones enjoyed interactive storytelling sessions with puppets and props, their eyes wide with wonder as tales unfolded before them. Over at Kidz Shaishav School, older students got busy crafting their own book covers, writing short stories, and even indulging in enchanting book reading sessions. The students at Vedic Girls School spent a productive day in school library with wonderful and imaginative and thrilling books, showcasing their personal favourites and sharing why these stories held a special place in their hearts.
One of the highlights across all the branches was the ‘Drop Everything And Read’ time. For entire magical and captivating day, simply stopped what they were doing and got lost in a book. It was such a peaceful and inspiring moment, seeing everyone engrossed in their own literary worlds.
We truly believe that books are windows to the world, opening our minds to new ideas, cultures, and perspectives. Celebrating World Book Day at Kidz Shaishav is our way of nurturing a lifelong love for reading in our students. Seeing their smiles, their creativity, and their genuine excitement for stories filled our hearts with joy.
