“If every 8 year old In the world Is taught meditation, We will eliminate Violence from The world within One generation.”
Our schools hold yoga classes for students. We practice yoga everyday which prepares our students to be emotionally, physically and spiritually strong throughout their lives. Through yoga children learn regular meditation, pranayaama, intentional breathing, and a robust ‘asana’ practice, they are practicing patience and single-minded focus, improving their physical and emotional awareness, and cultivating resilience.
Our school looks at these as essential life skills that will help students navigate through social and emotional challenges during their school years as well as throughout their professional and personal lives.
